Quality Policy
At Stand Art we operate with a sustainable economy, people and the environment in mind. We are constantly improving our products and services to achieve our main goal of customer satisfaction. In this context, we have developed and implemented a unified Quality Management System, in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 international standard.
With consistency and responsibility, we ensure the high quality of our products and services, while making sure that we are constantly finding ways to improve. We pay attention to market demands, both in Greece and abroad, follow the developments in technology and stay abreast of progress made within our industry.
It is no coincidence that we’ve received the Silver Award from EcoVadis for the business practices we follow in sustainable development. According to the global assessor, our company is in the top 25% of the advertising constructions industry, worldwide.
Suppliers
We provide reliable, modern and innovative solutions that meet our customers’ requirements, and exceed their expectations. To achieve this, we select suppliers with whom we share common values and principles, following the same standards of quality, ethics, health, safety and environmental protection. Our high quality, safe constructions make a difference and add value to the products.
Transparency
We follow a specific Code of Business Ethics and implement a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and bribery. Operating with professionalism, legality, and integrity in all our professional dealings, we have managed to maintain a high level of ethics and protect our reputation.
Health and Safety
Protecting the Health and Safety of all Stand Art employees, partners and customers is a key and non-negotiable priority for us. Therefore, we apply the special Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 international standard, fully comprehending its importance in the sustainable development of our company.
Privacy
We are committed to the Protection of Personal Data and comply with regulation 679/2016, supporting legality, objectivity and transparency. We apply the principles of integrity and confidentiality, ensuring that company, employee, customer and supplier information and data are all safeguarded and handled in accordance with current relevant laws.

We recognize that people are the number one factor leading us to sustainable development. This is the reason we have created a safe, meritocratic working environment that respects diversity for all. Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate Responsibility is an integral part of our operation. Every year, through charitable donations and substantial support, we implement a variety of actions, in collaboration with reputable institutions and foundations, supporting society and especially children and vulnerable social groups.

Environmental Management System
Recognizing that the development of the economy depends directly on the sustainability of the ecosystem, at Stand Art we actively contribute to the protection of the environment and the conservation of natural resources.
We make sure to improve our environmental performance, in accordance with applicable laws. and implement actions based on the principle of being proactive. In this context, we have developed and are implementing an Environmental Management System in accordance with the ISO 14001:2019 international standard.
Sustainable procurement policy
At Stand Art, the raw material we use to manufacture our products is paper. That is why we choose our suppliers very carefully. We follow best practices to ensure the sustainability of the planet’s forest resources and are committed to knowing the sources from which our raw materials are obtained.
We believe in the transparency of our partnerships, in ensuring the use of sustainable forest management practices and in avoiding unverified timber sources. We buy paper only from certified suppliers who apply the principles of sustainable forest management and ensure sustainable production operations for workers and the environment.
Procurement of FSC-certified raw materials
We prioritize paper collected from forests certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). FSC certification of the paper we use as raw material confirms the fact that it comes from well-managed forests. By following this practice, we aid in protecting the world’s forests and support local communities.
Recycling paper, plastic, inks, batteries, toner
We consider recycling to be one of our main priorities and participate in recycling programs for materials used on a daily basis. We implement a comprehensive recycling system for paper, plastic, ink, batteries and toner, placing special collection bins in the company’s offices, which are then redirected to specialized recycling companies.
E-file sharing
By adopting the practice of e-file sharing for all types of documentation, we not only save paper, water and energy resources, but dozens of trees as well. In this way, we are contributing to the conservation of natural resources, the fight against climate change and the protection of the planet’s biodiversity.
WWF
We support WWF Hellas and its fight against the pollution of the Greek seas and overfishing by participating in the “Adopt a Dolphin” program.
